Timesharing explained simply
Exchange systems allow you to "bank" your week and withdraw a like for like week elsewhere around the world. If you own a 2 bed apartment you can withdraw a 2 bedroom etc.
Bonus weeks are spare weeks not being used that are being offered to owners, essentially last minute availability, six weeks notice weeks. Prices from £129 per week per apartment.
Rentals, rental weeks are available usually because the owner of the timeshare hasn't got the time to use so offers them out cheap usually to cover the maintenance
