Introducing Dr Bob Mashioff

I am a retired urological surgeon.  I practiced on Long Island since 1975 and retired in 2009.  I currently manage approximately 6 rental properties in New York.  I am married for 32 years, with two sons, 30 and 28.  We own timeshares since 2001 in the following places:

Marriott Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert, California: 2- 2 bedroom Platinum

Marriott Aruba Ocean Club: 1- 2 bedroom Oceanview Platinum

Marriott Maui Ocean Club:  2- 2 bedroom Ocean view Platinum:  1- 1 bedroom Ocean view Platinum

Marriott Playa Andaluza: 1- 3 bedroom Seafront Gold Season (under contract)

I generally use my Maui for 3 weeks and rent out 2 weeks.  I usually split my Aruba and rent out both weeks.  I frequently turn in my Shadow Ridge for annual points. 

Bob is a Marriott owner and as such brings his experience of 12 years of owning/renting and exchanging Marriott timeshares. He has also bought through us so has experience of our legal and conveyancing process.
